  3. FUNCTION: Displays or changes the volume label on a diskette or hard disk.
  4.  
  5. FORMAT:   LABELVOL [d:][label]

  7. TYPE:     Public domain software (Ray Duncan, Softalk, March, 1984)

  9. REMARKS:  If only the drive name is specified, the current volume label of the
  10.           diskette in that drive is displayed. Specifying a label name on the
  11.           command line changes the name of the specified volume to that name.
  12.           Labels may be 1-11 characters long. Either diskettes in the specified
  13.           drive may be labelled or the hard disk itself can be labelled. This
  14.           routine was originally named LABEL.
